210 N. Cass/Westmont, IL 210 North is a 16 unit mixed-use building with four retail spaces at first level and twelve two-story row houses. Each row house has an exquisite stairway, fireplace, and three balconies. There is indoor parking at the first level behind retail. D.A. George & Sons Construction purchased the property in summer ’02. Construction started in May ’04 and by November ’04 the first customer moved in.

The design of 210 North was inspired by the Brownstones seen in downtown Chicago and the old world city feel of stores and shops that were housed below living spaces above. There is a second floor outdoor courtyard which separates the six front row houses from the rear six row houses. This courtyard has a garden feel and gives the tenants of 210 North a place to relax, read, and visit with each other away from the hustle and bustle of Cass Ave. Architecture provided David George, owner of D.A. George & Sons Construction and design and engineering provided by Hercules Contractors & Engineers.
